Collectors read company career sites and major Korean job platforms overnight, every day. The full KOSPI and KOSDAQ universe is refreshed every week, and the company list itself is synchronized with DART so new listings and delistings are picked up automatically.
Postings are de-duplicated, dated and attached to the listed company that published them — with KRX stock code, ISIN and DART corporate code. Group-wide postings that list several affiliates keep one posting ID and record how many companies share it.
We record the date we first observed every posting and never revise it. Postings published before collection of a company began are flagged as backfilled, so backtests can use live history only while research can use everything.
An AI agent team inspects each collection run: it compares every company with its own history, flags silent gaps and site changes, and drafts fixes. Engineers review and approve every change before it reaches production. Large-cap names are held to a stricter standard.
The portal, the REST API and the bulk files all read from the same versioned snapshot, so numbers agree wherever you look. Customers never touch our production systems.
